Unused and Intact Melts: To be eligible for a return, your wax melts must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Please ensure the packaging is intact for a smooth return process, and any returns are well packaged.

Hassle-Free Returns: Initiating a return is a breeze. Click on the Contact Us page, Provide your order details, and reason for your return and we will contact you with a returns number and address to return. Returns postage will be made by buyer.

- Wait for our reply and Follow the provided instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.
Refunds:
Once your returned wax melts are received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
